1969 series 1 combination hood release / speedo grommet on the firewall.
 
1(one) required per car.
The grommet will need to be cut ,so it can ge glued back together once installed around the speedometer cable. The ends of the speedo cable are too large and grommet will not fit over.
 
Either regular super glue or Loctite 406, which is made for rubber and high heat, will work.
